Advisory and project engagements
Engagements run under a written engagement letter covering scope, deliverables, fees, and how the commission credit described on our How We're Paid page is calculated and applied. [Confirm contract language and notice period with counsel.]
Ownership and access
Your tenant, your data, and any documentation we produce for you remain yours. Where we are granted delegated or read-only access to review or oversee an environment, that access is yours to revoke at any time and does not transfer any ownership or administrative control to us.
