How we're paid
You don't pay us. This page explains exactly how that works, because an advisor who is vague about their own compensation is not an advisor you should hire.
This is free to you.
There's no cost to you. CloudTechGBR is compensated by the vendor or partner you choose to work with — similar to how a recruiter is paid by the employer, not the candidate. Our recommendation doesn't change based on who pays us.
Somebody has to pay for advice. It does not have to be you.
Vendors and delivery firms pay us when a client we introduced becomes their customer. That is the only way money reaches us. We do not bill clients directly for assessment, advisory, or vendor-selection work.
Where that happens, we tell you before you make a decision, and we tell you which firms in the running would pay us. Our recommendation does not change based on who pays us — the partners we work with compete on the same terms as everyone else, and we regularly recommend firms we have no relationship with, including your current provider.
We work with specialists. We are not owned by any of them.
We maintain working relationships with a small number of delivery firms, covering managed IT and infrastructure on one side and software, web and AI development on the other. These relationships exist because they make delivery faster and more accountable, not because they are obligations.
We hold no equity in any partner firm, and no partner holds equity in us. No partner has a right of first refusal on our clients.
See it for yourself.
A technology consultation is the fastest way to see how we work, with nothing riding on the outcome.
